Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered!
We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange.
To begin a return or exchange please contact us first at info@theforestfolkstore.com. Once we have approved the request we will notify you and send further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Postage fees for returns must be covered by the customer unless the original order was over $180.
Conditions for Refund:
- Items must be unopened in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting the criteria.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage fees.

- If eligible, you will be refunded through your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that it can take some time
for the refund to come through.

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to first submit a return and then repurchase the item once the return has been approved and

Damages and other issues.
We package our goods with the utmost care however in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us directly at info@theforestfolkstore.com and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the event that a product is damaged we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
We may require photos and details regarding the damaged or incorrect item to assist in addressing the concern.
The Forest Folk are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit however in the unlikely event that an order never arrives please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.
